Mobile Orchard offers highly-targeted advertising/sponsorship options to reach iPhone developers:

Sidebar Sponsorship

Sidebar sponsorship opportunities are available at $300 per month with a 3 month minimum commitment.

Sidebar ads appear near the top of the screen in the right column. Position is determined by tenure, with longest-standing advertisers getting preference. The ads appear in every page view (i.e., they are not in rotation) within the main site, as well as the developer profiles site. They are sized at the popular “Tech Crunch”/IAB standard 125-pixel square. Ads are images in PNG, JPG or GIF file format.

Sidebar sponsors, along with their ad and a brief text blurb, are featured in a periodic sponsors post.

Post Footer Sponsorship

“Post footer” sponsorships are highlighted text ads that appear at the bottom of individual posts. They are available at $50 each.

Post footer sponsorships are not removed. They stay on the post for the long-term. The site’s home-page features the 10 most recent articles, so a footer sponsorship ad is visible on the home page until 10 newer articles have published.

The added advantage of post footer sponsorship is that all of the feed subscribers will see the message in the post, so it’s a great way to target regular subscribers.
